Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling the subscription
Cancel from the plan page under Settings in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for; the plan stays open until then, after which the account returns to the free plan and nothing further is charged.
Changing plans
When you move to a higher plan the difference is calculated and shown before you confirm. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the period; the remaining time is not refunded.
Refunds
The service is digital and opens the moment the payment is confirmed, so a period that has started is not refunded. Cases such as being charged twice for the same period, or a plan that never opened because of a technical problem, are refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@testsafe.io with your account e-mail and order number. We reply within five business days. An approved refund goes back to the card that was charged; it can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
Add-ons
Credit and capacity add-ons are applied to the account the moment they are bought and are not refunded, even if unused.
