Service
TestSafe is a subscription service that tests apps and games with AI agents on cloud Android devices. Plans and what they include are listed on the pricing page and on the checkout screen; the plan you buy is the one shown at checkout.
Price and payment
The price, currency, VAT status and monthly or yearly billing choice are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm. The subscription renews at the start of each period at the same amount. Payment is taken by card on the payment provider's secure page; TestSafe does not store your card details.
Delivery
The service is digital. The plan opens on your account the moment the payment is confirmed and you can start using it.
Right of withdrawal
The service starts immediately once the payment is confirmed. By ticking the consent box at checkout you ask for the service to start right away and accept that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Cancellation and refund terms are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation
You cancel the subscription from the plan page in the app at any time. The plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for and nothing further is charged.
Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this form.
