Mobile app and game testing
Write one sentence, TestSafe finds the bug.
An AI agent uses your app or game the way a person would. It puts the phone in the state you want and sends every bug it finds to your team with a video report.
Why TestSafe
Every new version, the same checks all over again.
Teams ship often and testing can't keep up. Time goes into re-checking screens you already know, and none is left for finding new bugs.
manual checks
Checking by hand takes time
On every version someone looks at the same screens one by one. When a deadline is close, it's the first thing skipped.
automated tests
Scripted tests break easily
Scripted tests describe every button in code. When a button moves, the test breaks, and the team fixes the test instead of the product.
games
Testing tools can't see games
A game is drawn on screen like a single picture. Ordinary testing tools can't tell a button from a character in it.
How it works
You write what to test. The agent does it on the device.
One sentence is enough. TestSafe's agent carries it out on a device and shows you the result.
- 01
The route you set, at the speed you set
Some bugs in taxi and scooter apps only show up on the move. TestSafe moves the phone at the speed you set, as if it were on the road.

Reads the inside of the game and knows every object by name
TestSafe reads the inside of the game and labels every object on screen by name. Even the pieces a falling tower throws out are caught the moment they appear. The agent doesn't guess from the screen. It knows what is there.

It plays the best move, not a random one
The agent reads the board piece by piece, not as a picture. It finds the move that scores the most and plays it. Then it checks that the score and the animations work.

Change the screen, rotate it, catch the bug
TestSafe turns the phone into a tablet and rotates it. Bugs that appear after rotating, like text that disappears, are flagged right away.

waiting to run
TestSafe found a bug
When the device is turned sideways, the order summary text disappears.
On every version
Set it up once, and it runs by itself.
a new version arrives
You upload the new version of the app, or it comes in from GitHub on its own.
tests are chosen
You decide once which scenarios run on every version.
device is set up
You can put the phone in the state you want. Internet, battery, language, location.
the agent tests
The agent carries out your scenario on the phone.
results arrive
Bugs arrive with a video and step-by-step notes wherever your team works.
The device environment
TestSafe puts the phone in the state where a bug could happen.
Some bugs only show up in certain situations. No internet, a weak signal, the phone set to another language. Pick the situation with a click or write it into your scenario. TestSafe puts the phone in that state during the test.
In your team's tools
Describe the bug, get the report in GitHub.
One comment on a GitHub issue is enough. TestSafe reproduces the bug on a device and, a few minutes later, leaves a report with video in the same thread.
- Each check links to the moment in the video where it was seen
- It also runs by itself on pull requests and new versions
- The same report goes to Jira and Slack
🔍 TestSafe is looking into this issue. The result will be posted here as a comment.
Bug reproduced
Tapping the cancelled trip crashed the app and showed the “RideGo has stopped” dialog.
- Your Trips screen opens1:05 → 1:59
- The cancelled trip is in the list1:59 → 2:03
- Tapping it should not crash the app2:03 → 2:29

Manage teams, roles and how many tests run at once, all from one place.
Many tests at once
Tests never wait for a free device. Each one runs in its own environment, at the same time.

FAQ
Questions before you start
Do I need to know how to write tests?
No. You write what you want done in a plain sentence and the agent carries it out on the phone. You can also add ready-made steps, like dropping the battery or making the phone ring.
Which apps and games can it test?
Apps and mobile games that run on Android. In games the agent doesn't guess from the screen. It recognises the buttons, menus and characters inside the game.
What if the agent reports a bug that isn't real?
Every finding links to the moment in the video that shows it, with step-by-step notes. You can see for yourself in a few seconds where the bug is.
Do I need to change anything in my app?
No. You upload the same app your users get, as it is.
Do tests run on a phone?
Tests run in the cloud on a full Android system that behaves like a phone. The screen, touch and internet work as they do on a phone.
Can I test on several devices at once?
Yes. Run the same scenario on different devices at the same time and compare the results in one table.
Where do my app and data live?
Your app and test recordings stay in your account, and you can delete them whenever you like. For enterprise setups we can also talk about running it on your own servers.
We use GitHub, Jira or Slack. Does it connect?
Yes. Start a test by commenting on a GitHub issue and the report arrives in the same thread. It also works on pull requests and new versions. The same report is sent to Jira and Slack.
How do I start?
Open a free account, upload your app and write your first scenario. The Quick Start page walks through every step with screenshots.
